In the Hudson Valley of New York, an exciting partnership is underway called the Collaboration on HIV and Aging Research-Hudson Valley (CAHAR-HV). CAHAR-HV is led by HRHCare, and made up of a diverse group of stakeholders of patients, providers, government agencies and researchers – all fully committed to developing projects that improve the care for older individuals with HIV. Agricultural Workers Receive Free Health Assessments at 3rd HRHCare Day of Health on the North Fork

Riverhead, NY – HRHCare Community Health hosted a Day of Health for agricultural workers on the North Fork this past Sunday, December 4th. Reaching one of the state’s most underserved populations, the Day of Health, held at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Riverhead, and was the third such event that HRHCare held over the past year.
