Take NYS Thruway North to Exit18: New Paltz; make a right at the end of exit onto Route 299. Follow Rte. 299 1/10 mile to Paradise Lane. Turn right and park. Clinic is first office on the ground floor.

From North (Poughkeepsie):
Follow Route 44/55 West across Mid Hudson Bridge. Take Route 9W North approximately 3-4 miles to Route 299/New Paltz. Continue a short distance to first left past light, Paradise Lane. Turn left and park.
