Who We Are
Hudson River HealthCare (HRHCare) provides the highest quality of comprehensive primary, preventive, behavioral and oral health care and care coordination services to all who seek it, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. We are a network of 22 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). HRHCare directly operates 18 Health Centers in neighborhoods around the Hudson Valley and Long Island; an additional four health centers through a sub-recipient agreement with Nassau University Medical Center (NUMC). HRHCare annually delivers culturally competent, linguistically appropriate health care to 85,000 patients, linking them, as needed, to a well-developed and highly responsive referral care network. We are continuously expanding to meet the needs of at risk populations in New York State and to improve the health status of our communities.
