Free Living Healthy with Diabetes Workshops in Coram

HRHCare Community Health will be presenting a free Living Healthy with Diabetes workshop series at the Elsie Owens Health Center in Coram starting Monday, April 17th. This free, six-week education program will help people living with diabetes to:

• Find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue
• Discover better food and exercise choices
• Understand new treatment options
• Learn better ways to talk about health with care providers and loved ones
• Gain real-life skills for living a full and healthy life

The Living Healthy with Diabetes workshops will be held every Monday from April 17th to May 22nd between 1 and 3:30 PM. All participants who attend four or more classes will have the chance to receive a $25 gift card!
