Kathy Brieger Honored by the Migrant Clinicians Network

Kathy BriegerCongratulations to our very own Kathy Brieger, Chief of Human Resources and Executive Director of the Planetree Learning Institute at HRHCare, on being honored as one of the 30 Clinicians Making a Difference by the Migrant Clinicians Network! In commemoration of its 30th anniversary, the Migrant Clinicians network is celebrating the work of 30 individuals who have dedicated their lives to migrant health from across the globe.

Associated with our organization for nearly 30 years herself, Kathy Brieger originally came to HRHCare as a Nutritionist assigned to the Migrant Outreach program. She has worn many hats while at HRHCare but has always maintained an unbreakable link with the HRHCare Alamo Farmworker Community Center at Goshen in New York’s Black Dirt Region. She has designed and implemented innumerable programs for HRHCare that address special populations, migrant and seasonal farmworkers in particular, and continues to be a shining example of someone who embodies the mission of the community health center movement. Congratulations, Kathy, and thanks for all you do!
