Chief of Community Services & Executive Director, CHASI Diane Arneth oversees HRHCare’s subsidiary community-based services and is the Executive Director of Community Health Action of Staten Island (CHASI). A lifelong Staten Islander, she has worked tirelessly for community health and social justice since she helped found the Staten Island Teen Pregnancy Network in 1981. Under her guidance, CHASI has become a recognized leader in community health, winning the 2008 New York Times Nonprofit Excellence Award for Overall Management Excellence.Read more

Chief of Population Health Jessica Diamond oversees population health, care management, patient experience, and risk management at HRHCare. Throughout her career, she has provided strategic leadership in an era of health care delivery system reform, leveraging population health, quality, and care management. Her portfolio also includes managing the assessment, development, and improvement of organizational culture, and leading quality management programs that assist all clinical services and organizational departments.Read more

Hope Glassberg

Chief of Strategy As Chief of Strategy, Hope Glassberg oversees HRHCare’s government relations and advocacy, policy and strategy development, and organizational planning. Prior to HRHCare, Hope was the Director of Public Policy for Montefiore Health System, helping to guide the organization’s response to federal and state policies and government-based alternative payment models. She also served as the Special Assistant to the Director of the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C.

Clifford Hames, DDS

Chief Dental Officer   Dr. Clifford Hames has a background of dental practice experience in both private practice and community health center dentistry. In addition to his patients at HRHCare Peekskill, Dr. Hames is the supervising dentist for both the Peekskill and Dover Plains school-based health centers. He has been a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the 9th District Dental Association, and is an active member of the Community Health Association of New York State and the National Network for Oral Health Access.

Sophia McIntyre, MD, MPH, MBA, FAAFP, CPE
Chief Medical Officer As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Sophia McIntyre oversees all clinical quality, performance and peer review, physician leadership and development, medical and specialty care services, external clinical and hospital relationships, and accreditation and recognition. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine, and a board-certified Physician Executive with the Association of Physician Leadership. She also serves as clinical chair of the Health Center Network of New York, in which she facilitates discussion, reviews evidence-based clinical guidelines, and promotes dissemination and implementation of best practices.  Read more

Mark Santiago
Chief of Patient Engagement and Business Development Mark Santiago oversees HRHCare’s patient engagement, business development, community initiatives, and outreach. Prior to joining the HRHCare team, Mark served as Vice President at MVP Health Care, where he was responsible for expanding the health plan’s Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and individual products, design, and development of an enrollment center, and establishing a community outreach team tasked with covering all of New York State.Read more

Attie Tucker

Attie Tucker came to the HRHCare Board in 1994 and serves on the Community Outreach Committee.  She is motivated to serve by her strong believe in the need for preventative health care services in her community, and HRHCare has been instrumental in providing those services.  Attie served on the Mid-Hudson Alcoholism Recovery Center for several years, but has given that up to devote all her time to HRHCare.  Before her retirement as a Parole Officer, HRHCare was always a good resource for referring seniors.  In addition, she says that many of her family members, friends and herself have experienced health […]

Norma Pereira-Mora

Norma Pereira-Mora came to the HRHCare Board in 2007, and serves on the Executive, Quality Assurance, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Community Outreach and Compliance Committees.  She also serves on the Board of Latino “U” First Generation College Students Advisory Board.  Norma is a grassroots community organizer and health prevention is an important part of her advocacy.  She is devoted to allocating resources and referring people in need of health care services.  Norma strongly believes that health care should be provided to everyone, regardless of culture or language.
