January 10, 2009; Peekskill, NY – Lisa Reid, Associate Director of HIV Services at Hudson River HealthCare, has received the Commissioner’s distinguished Service Award.

The Commissioner’s Distinguished Service Award is made each year in conjunction with World AIDS Day. Individuals are selected from around the State, and are recognized for their work in the field of HIV/AIDS. Nominations are submitted by all of the Ryan White CARE Networks throughout New York State, by submitting a brief narrative about the nominee. Ms. Reid was nominated by Hudson Valley Network.
