HRHCare Staff Member Wins Planetree Award for Excellence in Patient Care
Peekskill, NY – HRHCare (Hudson River HealthCare), a nonprofit, federally qualified healthcare system offering a range of medical services for underserved communities throughout the Hudson Valley and Long Island, is proud to announce that facilities staff member Lonnie Parker will be presented with a Planetree Award for excellence in patient care. HRHCare’s Planetree Institute presents these awards to employees who go above and beyond to make healthcare more personalized and create a warm and welcoming environment for all.
Known throughout the Health Center in Peekskill for his perpetual smile and eagerness to help others, Lonnie Parker has gone above and beyond to uphold the values of HRHCare. An employee of the Health Center since 2010, Lonnie has found HRHCare to be one big supportive family and was very humbled upon finding out about his nomination for the Planetree Award. “I am grateful to my department, fellow co-workers and our founders,” said Lonnie. “Without the others who have paved the way for this health center I wouldn’t be here today.”
