I care for patients at:
Teresa Haines, DNP, FNP is a family nurse practitioner at HRHCare Walden, the Wallkill Valley Health Center. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz, she went on to receive an FNP from the Pace University Lienhard School of Nursing, and her DNP from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to joining HRHCare, she served patients at Highland Medical Group, Premise Health, and Crystal Run Healthcare, and worked at Columbia University Health Services and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Ms. Haines is licensed as a family nurse practitioner in the State of New York, and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
