Welcome to HRHCare
Since Hudson River HealthCare opened its doors in 1975, we have remained committed to providing high quality health care to all who seek it. Hudson River HealthCare, now known as HRHCare, has multiple locations throughout New York’s Hudson Valley and Long Island. We are a non-profit, New York State licensed, federally qualified health center.
HRHCare delivers culturally sensitive, linguistically appropriate, full life cycle primary, preventative, behavioral and oral health care and enabling & care coordination services, regardless of one’s ability to pay. Our goal and commitment is to help our communities get & stay healthy. We believe high quality health care starts with compassion and dignity, and is available when and where you need it.
HRHCare serves over 150,000 patients through more than 650,000 visits annually in the Hudson Valley and Long Island at 28 primary care sites, including a mobile health center, and 15 additional health centers operated through sub-recipient agreements with partner health care providers. For over 40 years, HRHCare has provided comprehensive services and innovative programs to meet the needs of at-risk populations, linking them to a well-developed and highly responsive referral care network. Our profound commitment to the communities we serve is clearly reflected in our rich history and mission to increase access to comprehensive primary and preventive health care, and to improve the health status of our community, especially for the underserved and vulnerable.
