HRHCare Signs Agreement with Creative Healthcare to Supply Performance Improvement Solutions

logo_mainPeekskill, NY – HRHCare and Creative Healthcare have signed a formal agreement whereby Creative Healthcare will provide performance improvement training and support to HRHCare that will allow the organization to leverage Lean methodologies. Lean is a leading process improvement methodology used by world-class companies to achieve significant improvements in quality, service, productivity and customer satisfaction. It uses a variety of sophisticated statistical tools and skills, integrated with a standardized methodology, to measure, analyze, improve and control processes.

“We are delighted to include HRHCare among the growing number of organizations in the health care industry that are taking a positive step toward improved performance,” notes Ian R. Lazarus, Creative Healthcare’s Managing Partner. “This move will position HRHCare to operate efficiently and in compliance with the demands of the Accountable Care Act. But most of all, it will result in greater patient safety and satisfaction.”

“HRHCare has a long history of Quality Initiatives and looks forward to partnering with Creative Healthcare with the implementation of LEAN. We are confident that we will become even stronger and better poised for a great future as we serve our community.”

Under the terms of the agreement, Creative Healthcare will launch and support projects at HRHCare while assisting staff to learn the new methodologies. Creative Healthcare will also implement its COMPASS® Quality Management System, giving the organization the infrastructure needed to coordinate and track all improvement activity across the enterprise.
