Healthy Choices Workshops in Poughkeepsie

Are you looking for more effective ways of dealing with health issues like arthritis, asthma, COPD, diabetes, memory loss, depression, high blood pressure, or chronic pain? Then this free, six-week Healthy Choices workshop series is for you!

The HRHCare Healthy Choices workshops will help you:

Discover practical ways to deal with pain, stress, and fatigue

Learn more about better food and exercise choices

Gain new understanding and confidence around medication

The workshops will take place on Wednesdays from February 14 to March 21, with a snow date of March 28, from 1 to 3:30 pm. All of the workshops will be held at HRHCare Poughkeepsie, located at 75 Washington Street.
