HRHCare Brings Free Healthy Choices Workshops to New City

HRHCare is excited to partner with the Rockland County Department of Health to bring a free series of Healthy Choices Workshops to the Ramapo Senior Center in New City starting Tuesday, March 29th. This workshop series is designed to help participants find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better food and exercise choices, learn how to properly use medication, learn better ways to talk with health care providers and family members about their  health, and feel more confident in managing their own health. Free educational materials will also be provided! There will be an Open House for this series on Tuesday, March 15th at 1 PM giving attendees the chance to learn more about the series, ask questions, meet the Peer Leaders who will be running the workshops, and sign up.

The HRHCare Healthy Choices Workshop series is free of charge to all participants and will run from 12PM to 2:30PM on March 29th, April 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, and May 3rd. All workshops and the Open House will take place at the Ramapo Senior Center, 484 New Hempstead Road, New City, NY.
