HRHCare Offers Free Healthy Choices NY Workshop Series in New Rochelle

New Rochelle, NY – HRHCare (Hudson River HealthCare), a nonprofit, federally qualified health care system offering a range of medical services for underserved communities throughout the Hudson Valley and Long Island, is organizing a free six-week Healthy Choices NY workshop series in New Rochelle for adults and caregivers dealing with any ongoing health condition such as Diabetes, HIV/AIDS, Pain, Arthritis, Memory Loss, Depression and High Blood Pressure. This series will be held each Wednesday beginning on October 8th.

 

The Healthy Choices six-week programs are free of charge and meet once a week in a small group. They provide support through discussion and by teaching practical ways to deal with things like pain and stress.

 

The Healthy Choices workshops will be held every Wednesday morning from 10:00 AM until 12:30 PM at CHOICE of New Rochelle, 420 North Avenue, New Rochelle, New York. The dates are October 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th, and November 5th and 12th.
