Daniel Miller, MD is a family medicine physician at HRHCare Yonkers, the Valentine Lane Health Center, and serves as the HRHCare Chief of Clinical Integration and Graduate Medical Education. Prior to joining HRHCare, most of his career was in academic family medicine. In 1993, he joined the faculty of the New York Medical College of Saint Joseph’s Family Medicine Residency Program, and in his 16 years there served as the Coordinator of Inpatient Services, the Medical Director of the Thomas and Agnes Carvel Foundation Family Health Center, and as the Associate Residency Program Director. Additionally, he has been an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at New York Medical College in Valhalla, and a member of the Credentialing Committee and Quality Improvement Committee at Hudson Health Plan, a Medicaid Managed Care Organization. Dr. Miller received his MD in 1984 from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in 1987, where he served as Chief Resident in Family Medicine for two years. He is Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at New York Medical College, and serves as the Chair of the Clinical Quality Council at HRHCare, in addition to serving as a member of the organization’s Credentialing and Quality Improvement Committees. Dr. Miller is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.
