Patricia Boltin, PNP, is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the HRHCare Health Center at Amenia. Holding a BSN from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts, she went on to receive her MSN in Nursing from Yale University and an MPH from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Previously serving as a PNP at the HRHCare Jeannette J. Phillips Health Center at Peekskill for more than 20 years, she also recently saw patients at the Morris Heights Health Center in the Bronx. Ms. Boltin is licensed to practice as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of New York and is certified by the American Board of Nurse Practitioners.
HRHCare pediatricians, family medicine doctors, and nurse practitioners are here to care for babies, children, teenagers, and young adults. Our care team gets to know our patients’ individual health needs, learn about their health history, keeps track of any medications they are taking, and works with them to create a personal care plan.
