Ramin Azarm, LCSW is a social worker at the HRHCare Elsie Owens Health Center in Coram. A graduate of Dowling College in Oakdale, he went on to receive his master’s degree in social work from Long Island University in Greenvale. Prior to joining HRHCare, he served patients at Fidelis Care/Centene Long Island, Community Counseling and LCSW Services in Center Moriches, and Suffolk Care Collaborative. Mr. Azarm is licensed to practice as an LCSW in the State of New York.

Behavioral Health
HRHCare behavioral health specialists, including licensed social workers, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and primary care providers, work with our patients to make sure that every part of their health is taken care of. Our care team gets to know our patients’ individual health needs, learn about their health history, keeps track of any medications they are taking, and works with them to create a personal care plan.
