Cornucopia: A Celebratory Benefit of Harvest & Health Cornucopia – a symbol of plenty…reminds us of how much we have to give when those around us have so little. Often, these are the people who have no voice and nowhere else to turn. The children of agricultural workers throughout the Hudson Valley and Long Island receive medical and dental services at our Health Centers. These children often present with inordinate levels of serious health issues, including poor nutrition, asthma and lack of preventive care. Proceeds from Cornucopia help provide medical care to these children and their families.
