Youth Health Summit at Peekskill Middle School

On Thursday, April 30th, HRHCare is partnering with the Peekskill Middle School to offer a Youth Health Summit, connecting youth to healthy living. Lasting between 4 and 6 PM, the Health Summit will give young people the opportunity to learn from various area health vendors, try healthy snacks, exercise by dancing to music provided by our very own DJ, and the chance to win prizes including a smart tablet, movie tickets and much more. H-Art Gallery Exhibits the Work of Daniel Mahakian

On Friday, April 24th, the H-Art Gallery in Peekskill will host an opening reception for the artist Daniel Mahakian in honor of From The Street, an exhibition of his paintings. Daniel Mahakian takes his inspiration from urban street artists, combining an innate sense of color, line and composition. Free Stress Management Class in Spring Valley

The HRHCare Health Center at Spring Valley is offering a free Stress Management Course on Thursday, April 16th, in partnership with Zen Garland, a community of Zen healing, education and service.
