Mejor Vida Spanish Language Workshop Series in Yonkers

Mejor Vida is an interactive workshop series designed for Spanish-speaking people with different chronic health problems and those who care for them. Taking place at our Valentine Lane Health Center at Yonkers, these workshops will focus on topics including healthy eating, exercise, managing depression, appropriate use of medication, effective communication skills, use of the health care system, evaluating new treatments, and techniques for better breathing.
