Chief of Patient and Community Engagement

As Chief of Patient and Community Engagement at HRHCare, Mark is responsible for managing all activities related to access across the HRHCare network. Prior to joining the HRHCare team, Mark served as Vice President at MVP Health Care, where he was responsible for expanding the health plan’s Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and Individual products, design and development of an enrollment center, and establishing a community outreach team tasked with covering all of New York State. Prior to his tenure at MVP, Mark served as Senior Vice President at Hudson Health Plan (HHP), where he oversaw dramatic growth in health plan membership, development of the HHP Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus programs, and the creation of the first electronic enrollment system for Medicaid Managed Care and Child Health Plus in New York State. Mark’s accomplishments and leadership have been recognized by Hispanic Executive magazine, the Westchester Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, and the Business Council of Westchester.
