Chief of Patient Engagement and Business Development

Mark Santiago oversees HRHCare’s patient engagement, business development, community initiatives, and outreach. Prior to joining the HRHCare team, Mark served as Vice President at MVP Health Care, where he was responsible for expanding the health plan’s Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and individual products, design, and development of an enrollment center, and establishing a community outreach team tasked with covering all of New York State.
