Dana Nedelea, MD, Joins the HRHCare (Hudson River HealthCare)

Amityville, NY – July 18, 2014, Dana Nedelea, MD, has recently joined the HRHCare Maxine S. Postal Tri-Community Health Center in Amityville. She was recently practicing at the HRHCare Valentine Lane Community Health Center in Yonkers.

Dr. Nedelea received her medical degree from the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy Medical School in Bucharest, Romania, and completed a pediatric residency at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center. She is board certified in pediatrics and licensed in New York and Florida. Dr. Nedelea speaks English, Spanish and Romanian.

“With the opening of an HRHCare Health Center in Amityville, and as a resident of Long Island for ten years, it was an exciting opportunity to work closer to home,” said Dr. Nedelea. “I became a doctor to help people and I love working with children. Being able to work near my home gives me a great opportunity to make an impact in my community.”
