Daniel Resnick, RN, FNP-BC is a family nurse practitioner at the HRHCare Hudson Health Center. A graduate of Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, he received his BSN from the NYU College of Nursing in New York City. He then received his MSN as a family nurse practitioner from the UCSF School of Nursing in San Francisco, California. Prior to joining HRHCare, he served patients at Health Care for the Homeless in Baltimore, Maryland, including as their lead mobile clinic provider. Mr. Resnick is licensed in the State of New York as a family nurse practitioner and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He speaks both English and Spanish and is the recipient of a Justice Award from Health Care for the Homeless.

HRHCare family physicians provide excellent, comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages. Our care team gets to know our patients’ individual health needs, learn about their health history, keeps track of any medications they are taking, and works with them to create a personal care plan.
