Marie O’Donnell, LCSW is a social worker at HRHCare Wyandanch, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Health Center. A graduate of St. John’s University in Jamaica, New York, she received her Master’s Degree in social worker from Stony Brook University. Prior to joining HRHCare, she worked at Clubhouse of Suffolk in Ronkonkoma, and Alternatives Counseling Services, Inc. in Southampton and Riverhead. Ansa Thomas, MD is a pediatrician at HRHCare Wyandanch, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Health Center. She received her MD from the St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, and completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Prior to joining HRHCare, she served patients at the Children’s Health Pediatric Group and at Good Samaritan Hospital in New York. Dr. Thomas is licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York as a pediatrician, and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Judy Beckles-Ross, DO is a family medicine physician at HRHCare Peekskill, the Jeannette J. Phillips Health Center. A graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York, she completed her internship and residency in family medicine at Hackensack Medical Center in North Bergen, New Jersey. Prior to medical school, she received her BS from Manhattan College in Riverdale, and her MS from Lehman College in the Bronx. Dr. Beckles-Ross is licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York.

Meleta Taylor, FNP is a family nurse practitioner at HRHCare Urgent Care Poughkeepsie. She received her BS (RN) from City College of New York, and her FNP from Wagner College in Staten Island. Prior to joining the HRHCare Urgent Care team, she served patients at Pulse-MD Urgent Care in Wappingers Falls and St. Luke’s-Cornwall Hospital. Ms. Taylor is licensed as a family nurse practitioner in the State of New York, and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Dalia Gearhart, FNP is a family nurse practitioner at HRHCare Urgent Care Peekskill and Poughkeepsie. She received both her BS (RN) and FNP from SUNY Binghamton. Prior to joining the HRHCare Urgent Care team, she served patients at Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County and Emergency One in Kingston, and Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton. Ms. Gearhart is licensed as a family nurse practitioner in the State of New York, and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Erika Hernandez, FNP is a family nurse practitioner at HRHCare Peekskill, the Jeannette J. Phillips Health Center. A graduate of Empire State College, she received her FNP from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh. Prior to joining HRHCare, she served patients at Orange Regional Medical Center, Kingston Hospital, and the Hamaspik Center for Human Services in Monsey. Ms. Hernandez is licensed as a family nurse practitioner in the State of New York.

Teresa Haines, DNP, FNP is a family nurse practitioner at HRHCare Walden, the Wallkill Valley Health Center. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz, she went on to receive an FNP from the Pace University Lienhard School of Nursing, and her DNP from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
