I care for patients at:
William Valente, LMSW is a social worker at the HRHCare Poughkeepsie Health Center. He received his master’s degree in social work from Adelphi University in Garden City. Prior to joining HRHCare, he served patients at Morissania Diagnostic and Treatment Center in the Bronx, Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, Catholic Charities of New York in Queens, and HeartShare St. Vincent’s Specialized Preventive Services in Brooklyn. Mr. Valente is licensed to practice as an LMSW in the State of New York.
Behavioral Health
HRHCare behavioral health specialists, including licensed social workers, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and primary care providers, work with our patients to make sure that every part of their health is taken care of. Our care team gets to know our patients’ individual health needs, learn about their health history, keeps track of any medications they are taking, and works with them to create a personal care plan.
