Yuliana De los Santos, DO is a family medicine physician at the HRHCare Park Care Health Center in Yonkers. A graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, she went on to complete her internship and residency in family medicine at the Institute for Family Health in Kingston. Dr. De los Santos is licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York and is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine.
